KOTLI COLONY WELFARE TRUST handed over a letter of appreciation to Administrative Secretary Health & Medical Education J&K UT IAS Bhupinder Kumar and appreciate his series of taken initiatives for strengthening the department functioning which aims to help largely for the welfare of poor and comman people . Datta said people of Jammu region are so fortunate as this decision extremely for the public welfare is being considered and taken under your able guidance and vision to initiate the process to start functioning of Oncology department for which the Gvt has already recruited specialised doctors to examine cancer effected patients . As cancer patients are increasing in J&K and earlier we don't have any resource here in Jammu to seek and consult doctors advice but understanding the situation and prevailing crisis of increasing and growing cancer rate rapidly dept has started facility of giving specialised consultation and treatment to effected patients and very soon full fledge infrastructure will be ready in heart of city of Jammu to examine cancer patients by specialise team of Doctors. Secy Bhupinder kumar speak in detail with Mr Datta and apprise him about this new functioning of service in J&K . Datta also appreciate his vision as he remember that time some years before when he was Director NHM J&K and started process to initiate PG courses at dist and CHC level and for this visited Tamilnadu and today the outcome is infront of us . Recently GOI has appreciated J&K Health dept for their this initiative taken an years before as that day taken initiatives will give a fruitful result in some years as it's all planning to strengthen system to work in service to people. Now students are doing PG at Rainawari , Bandipora , Kupwara , Udhampur , Rajouri , Doda and in the coming years an expertise will be created in remote areas CHC and Dist hospital where each service and issue will be resolve by this expertise team of Doctors . Bhupinder vividly said today we plant a tree it takes years to get fruits so the decision which we have taken today will bear fruits in coming years so the people of J&K will see various reforms in coming years forsurely.
