CBI raids at the Chand Nagar Jammu in JKPSI Scam. According to the sources it is the house of Mr Sanjay Kumar Dutta who is one of the alleged culprit in JKPSI Scam. The house is situated behind the hotel New Krishna Palace orvu can say it is the part of it & it is in lane no. 65 in Chand Nagar.
