Kathua: A splendid felicitation ceremony was organized at IRP 19th Battalion Headquarters Kathua in which newly promoted SP Kuldeep Raj Tripathi was greeted and eulogized by SSP Benam Tosh in the presence of SP Santokh Raj, other officers and family members of the elevated officer followed by mesmerizing cultural programme and guard of honour presented by the dynamic Jawans of the unit.
After adhering coveted rank of Superintendent of Police to Kuldeep Raj Tripathi, SSP Benam Tosh Commandant IRP 19th Battalion said that Kuldeep is son of the soil, hails from Kathua, got enrolled in J & K Police as Sub Inspector in the year 1990, promoted as Inspector in the year 1999 and promoted as DySP in the year 2009 and now promoted as Superintendent of Police (SP). He has been Incharge PP Chadwal, Marheen, SHO Police Station Rajbagh, SHO Billawar, SHO Ramgarh and held important assignments in, District Poonch, Udhampur, Samba, Kathua and Jammu.
On the occasion, Benam Tosh congratulated Mr Kuldeep Raj Tripathi on getting prestigious district level rank of SP and told that Kuldeep is highly professional and seasoned police officer of Jammu-Kashmir police and has throughout been performing duties with dedication and commitment in exemplary responsible manner.
Felicitation ceremony ended with the speech of newly promoted SP Kuldeep Raj Tripathi who said that he thankful to CO IRP 19th Bn for decorating and honouring him in a grand ceremony in presence of family members and officers. He further said that he is a resident of Kathua, have served in Kathua in different capacities and know that people of Kathua are cooperative and he would continue to serve the people with yet more enthusiasm after wearing higher rank of SP.
