Kathua, 03 JUN: District Police Kathua under the overall supervision of SSP Kathua Sh. R C Kotwal, JKPS today apprehended an infamous and notorious criminal who was having more than half dozen of FIRs of henious offences in his name in the UT of J&K and Delhi.
On reliable information a police team led by Insp. Bhopinder Singh SHO PS Rajbagh and under the supervision of SDPO Border Sh. Sachit Mahajan- JKPS today apprehended an infamous and notorious criminal from Hamirpur, Kathua namely Sham Murti @Shamu S/O Om Parkash R/O Hamirpur who was evading his arrest in case FIR No. 83/2021 U/S 341/323//34/295-A. Also, the accused was a hardcore criminal who had been involved in various criminal activities for long as different FIRs have been registered in different P/S of Distt. kathua viz. 06 FIR's in PS Kathua and 03 FIR's registered at PS Rajbagh.
In addition, more than half dozen FIRs also stands registered in the National Capital Delhi Region in various henious crimes. Accordingly accused was arrested and further investigation was going on
