According to prima facie reports, the newly constructed bridge over River Devak is collapsed at village Koulpur is collapsed due to its Shuttering, although there may be other factors involved in it and some labour's were injured there which were rushed to emergency hospital Vijaypur. According to sources list of injured is as following:

3. Moti Lal s/o not known
4. Raju
5. Surinder Lal s/o Diwan Chand r/o Nanowali R.S Pura
6. Phirtan Bhai w/o Byas Ram r/o Chattishgarh
7. Kajal w/o Sewan Lal r/o Chattishgarh
8. Kavita w/o Dilharan r/o Chattishgarh
All were reffered to GMC Jammu for further treatment.
