2 Day Pahalgam Autumn festival concludes. Advisor Baseer Khan teed off Golf Tournament at Lidder Valley Golf course. Also flagged off a Mountain Bike Rally from Lidder to Aru valley. Festival organized. by Deptt of Tourism as promotional campaign to receive tourism.
