Jai Baba Shivo Mahakesari Dangal was started four years ago with collective efforts of Des Raj Sharma President Jai Baba Shivo Shrine Development Committee (Chairman Jai Baba Shivo Mahakesari Dangal committee) & Rahul Sambyal Chairman Youth For Society (President Dangal Committee) & so many friends like Surjeet Singh Veeru Bhai Surinder Singh Satish Dutta Pankaj Sharma Balvinder Singh  Kamal Singh Arjun Singh Supported by  Anupam Sambyal Vikesh Amba Binny Sambyal & like minded people( Detailed list of office bearers is displayed in the darbar of Baba Shivo ji Goran) to boost the sports activities in the youth of the J&K UT (then State) especially youth of Samba Distt in which Pahalwans /wrestlers of all over India & even from foreigner countries like Iran Serbia participated.
     
   In a period of 4 years it became a famous Dangal in the J&K UT. Last time Jassa Bhatti the famous Pahalwan of Punjab participated in it. The boot money ranges between 4-6 lakhs which is a collective efforts & also depends upon donations.
