He also approved construction work and up-gradation to 2 Lane with paved shoulder from start of Kishtwar bypass to end of Helmet top bypass on Khellani-Chattroo-Khanabal section of NH-244 worth Rs. 859.67 Cr in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir (Pkg VI) & the package VII Chennai - Sudhmahadev - Goha - Khellani - Kishtwar - Vailoo - Donipawa - Ashajipora section of NH-244 worth Rs. 260.40 Cr in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
