SAMBA POLICE ARRESTED 6 NARCO- SUPPLIERS INCLUDING A WOMAN , RECOVERED HEROIN & POPPY STRAW FROM THEIR POSSESSION

 SAMBA POLICE ARRESTED 6 NARCO- SUPPLIERS INCLUDING A WOMAN , RECOVERED HEROIN & POPPY STRAW FROM THEIR POSSESSION ;

POLICE STEADILY HEADING TO WIPE OUT NARCO-BUSINESS : SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH


     


Samba, April 11 : Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, police has achieved a major success , arrested six (6)  suppliers of narcotic substances including one woman and  recovered heroin ('chitta') & poppy straw from their possession. A vehicle used for smuggling purpose has also been seized.

 

     


The accused arrested with  heroin ( 'chitta ') have been identified as Rajpal Singh s/o Sandal Singh r/o Pathi tehsil Panchari district Udhampur, Anil Kumar s/o Ramesh Chander r/o Surinsar district Jammu, Imtiyaz Khanday s/o Ghulam Rasool Khanday r/o Sargawari tehsil & district Kishtwar whereas accused arrested with poppy straw have been identified as Saleem Din s/o Ramzan Din r/o  Penthi Samba,  Mumtaz Bibi w/o Saleem Din r/o Penthi Samba and Ashraf Ali s/o Saleem Din r/o Penthi Samba


     


FIRs under relevant sections of NDPS Act have been registered at police station Bari Brahmana and Police Station Samba and further investigation is going on.

      On a specific information, SSP Samba Benam Tosh had constituted a team comprising of DySP DAR Samba Ajay Anand, SHO Samba Rajeshwar Singh, ASI Manzoor Hussain & HC Jasmir Singh under the supervision of Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary and raid was conducted at suspected hideout of narco-bussiness in the presence of Executive Magistrate 1st Class Swaran Singh and three accused including one woman were arrested red-handed , 2.7 k.g poppy straw was recovered from their possesion and huge illegal opium poppy plant cultivation was destroyed on spot. In this regard, a case u/s 8/15 NDPS Act has been registered at P/S Samba and investigation going on. 

     Another Police team comprising of  SHO Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma, PSI Rakesh Singh PSI Arif Ahmed under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar conducted surprise raid at suspected place near Sarore , arrested 3 heroin smugglers, recovered heroin ('chitta') worth rupees 40,000.00 ( approx.) from their possession and seized vehicle No. PB06E-0732 used for heroin smuggling purpose. A case u/s 8/21/22/25/29 NDPS Act has been registered at Police station Bari Brahmana and investigation is going on. 

   Senior Superintendent of Police Samba said that Police is steadily heading towards wiping out narco - business completely from Samba district and making all out bids to achieve the target.

SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH DIRECTS POLICE OFFICERS TO TAKE STRINGENT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST NARCO-SUPPLIERS

Samba, April 01 : Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh held narco-crime review meeting today and directed Police Officers to take stringent legal action against narco-suppliers operative in Samba district.

 


The directions regarding stringent legal action against narco-suppliers were issued by SSP Samba while conducting narco-crime review meeting chaired by him at district police office (DPO) Samba, which was attended by Addl. SP Samba Surinder Choudhary, SDPO Vijaypur Priyanka Kumari, SDPO Bari- Brahmana Rahul Nagar, DySP Hqrs Mohd Usman, DySP Oprs Garu Ram, SrPO Gurpreet Kour, DySP DAR Ajay Anand, all SHOs & I/C PPs of District Samba. 



SSP Samba has further directed all the supervisory officers, SDPOs and SHOs to immediately arrest all the accused booked under NDPS Act and bring all NDPS investigations to logical conclusion without inordinate delay. SSP further directed the Supervisory Officers & SHOs to open history sheets & personal files under relevant rules in respect of notorious narco-suppliers/smugglers, to prepare dossiers against top smugglers/suppliers of Heroin (‘chitta’) and to discretely collect information regarding illegal assets accumulated by the narco-suppliers by means of illicit narco-bussiness for further appropriate action under law.


This was the  exclusive narco-crime review meeting chaired by the Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh and during the meeting, all under investigation NDPS cases registered at all the police stations of district Samba were discussed in detail and appropriate directions in each case were issued to the Supervisory Officer, SHOs, IC PPs and IOs.

8 SMUGGLERS OF HEROIN & BOVINE ARRESTED BY SAMBA POLICE ; NO ROOM FOR ILLICIT SMUGGLING IN SAMBA DISTRICT : SSP BENAM TOSH

 


Samba, March 28 : Major success has been achieved by Samba Police under the guidance of SSP Samba Benam Tosh and eight (8) notorious smugglers of heroin and bovine have been arrested red- handed at different places in Samba district. Heroin worth rupees 75 thousand (approx.) has been recovered and 13 bovines have been rescued. 

   


Eight arrested smugglers have been identified as Sukhdev Raj alias Sukha s/o Prem Nath r/o Denth Nud Samba, Sunny Jammal s/o Subash Chander r/o Seir Jhaganu Udhampur, Atul Singh s/o Gopal Singh r/o Seir Jhaganu Udhampur, Manzoor Ahmed s/o Mohd. Sulman r/o Channi Mansar, Mohd. Usman Khatana s/o Mohd. Jamal Khatana r/o Chowadi Sainik Colony Jammu, Tariq Hussain r/o Basharat Ahmed Boked r/o Gadvial Tehsil Laran Distt. Anantnag A/P Bathindi, Jammu, Irshad Hussain s/o Muzaffer Hussain r/o Karyani Talab Narwal Jammu and Mohd. Imran Doie s/o Mohd. Mumtaz Doie r/o Anantnag A/P Karyani Talab Narwal Jammu.


Three separate FIRs have been registered at P/S Samba and P/S Bari Brahmana and investigation started. 

 


Eight heroin & bovine smugglers have been arrested by PSI Deepika Jalotra, ,PSI Divya Bharti, PSI Abrar Ahmed, PSI Rakesh Singh, SHO Samba Rajeshwar Singh , SHO Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar, DySP Hqrs Samba Mohd Usman and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary. 

  Senior Superintendent of Police Samba said that there is no room for illicit smuggling of any kind in Samba district and police is taking stringent action under law against smugglers.

SAMBA POLICE ARRESTS NOTORIOUS NARCOTIC SUPPLIER WITH 1KG CHARAS ; SUPPLIERS OF NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES BEING NABBED UNDER LAW : SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH


Samba, March 27 : Under the guidance of SSP Samba Benam Tosh and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary, police has achieved a major success by arresting notorious supplier of narcotic substances in the jurisdiction of police station Bari Brahmana and recovering 1 kg charas (approx.) from his possession.

The arrested narcotic supplier has been identified as Varun Singh s/o Bachan Singh r/o Bari Brahmana, district Samba. A case FIR No 66/2023 U/S 8/15 NDPS Act has been registered at police station Bari Brahmana and investigation started.


The accused has been arrested by SHO police station Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma and PSI Shakti Singh under the supervision SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar. 

Senior Superintendent of Police Samba said that suppliers of narcotic substances are being nabbed under law in Samba district and drive against drug/narcotic suppliers is being carried out vigorously.

Two drug peddlers arrested by Nowabad Police. A case FIR No. 59/2021 u/s 8/20 of  NDPS Act was registered against these two drug peddlers at Police Station Nowabad  as approximately 835 gms Charas(35 challies)  was recovered from their possession.

विजयपुर के सलमेरी गांव में बने न्यू लाइफ नशा मुक्ति केंद्र से 18 बच्चे लापता, एक बच्चे की गई जान, नशा मुक्ति केंद्र का स्टाफ मौके से फरार पुलिस ने शुरू की कार्रवाई


विजयपुर के सलमेरी गांव में बने नशा मुक्त केंद्र से कल देर शाम को 18 बच्चे लापता हो गये जिसमे से एक युवक की जान भी चली गयी और वाही बच्चों के अभिभावक काफी चिंतित है आपको बता दे की बताया जा रहा है कि युवा हाल की ग्रिल तोड़कर वह से भाग निकले है अभी कुछ भी खुलासा नहीं हुआ और वही नशा मुक्त केंद्र का स्टाफ भी फरार हो गया है और वहां से सीसीटीवी कैमरा का रिकॉर्ड भी गायब है यानी डीवीआर मशीन भी वहां से गायब है। सब कुछ एक बड़ी साजिश की तरफ इशारा करता है

वहीं पुलिस ने भी मौके पर पहुंच कर सुराग हासिल करने का प्रयास किया और आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू भी कर दी है और वही युवाओं के अभिभावकों ने विजयपुर पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला भी दर्ज करवा दिया है और अभिभावकों ने पुलिस से अपील की है कि उनके बच्चे जल्द से जल्द ढूंढ कर परिवार वालों को सौंपा जाए! आपको बता दें कि यह वह युवा थे जो नशे की लत में फर्स्ट चुके थे और उनके अभिभावकों ने इसी नशा मुक्ति केंद्र में उनको भर्ती करवाया ताकि उनके बच्चे मेंस्ट्रीम में वापिस आ सके। पुलिस ने आगे की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है!
