Jammu, May 06: High Court stayed fresh penalty order issued by DMO on Vikram Randhawa's Crusher Unit which was issued without any show cause notice. The copy with the Samba Times of the hon'ble High Court order further reads that as there was no show cause notice so the impugned order is in complete violation if the principle of Natural Justice. It is pertinent to mention that illegal mining issue was trending on Social Media as it involves the names of big wigs of BJP.
