A teenager killed by a stone falling from a mountain on the Jammu-Srinagar highway, was a resident of Amritsar

Shamsher Singh, 12, was killed by a boulder falling from a mountain near the Cafeteria turn of Ramban on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.  He was a resident of Amritsar.  His mother took Shamsher to GMC where doctors declared him brought dead.  The body has been kept in the mortuary for postmortem.
