*82 THIEVES, 73 BOVINE SMUGGLERS, 42 HEROIN SUPPLIERS ARRESTED IN FOUR MONTHS : SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH*

    Samba, May 28 : Under the guidance of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police has arrested hardcore lady heroin supplier  "Saleema" among seven (07 ) notorious accused .

     Among the arrested seven notorious accused are included : two heroin suppliers also involved in attack on Police cases, two notorious thieves, two notorious bovine smugglers and one notorious accused involved in kidnapping of a minor girl.

    The arrested seven notorious accused have been identified as Saleema Bibi w/o Bhag Hussain r/o Sarore Bari Brahmana , Badroo Din alias Badaru s/o Ali Hussain alias Gufia r/o Rakh Barotian Tehsil Vijaypur, Roshan Lal s/o Suresh Kumar r/o Dabuj Jakh Vijaypur, Mohit Ram Patel s/o Tiharu Ram Patel r/o Chhattisgarh A/P near Vishavkarma Mandir Vijaypur, Parvaz Ahmed s/o Abdul Quyoom r/o Doda, Parviz Ahmed s/o Mehboob Ahmed r/o Beulla tehsil & district Ramban and Reiaz s/o Daud r/o Surara tehsil Ghagwal district Samba.

    Notorious heroin supplier Saleema Bibi has been arrested by the police team of Police Station Bari Brahmana in case FIR No. 83/2023 u/s 8/21/22/25/29 NDPS Act of P/S Bari Brahmana. She had been supplying heroin ('chitta') to the addicted youth of Samba and other districts. She was also involved among others in attack on Police. 

    Another notorious criminal Badroo Din alias Badaru arrested by a team of Vijaypur Police Station was wanted in attack on Police case and is the fifth  accused arrested do far in case FIR No. 38/2023 u/s 307, 382, 353, 332, 336, 147, 148 IPC.

     Accused Roshan Lal and Mohit Ram Patel are the two notorious thieves arrested by the teams of Police Station Bari Brahmana and Police Station Vijaypur in cases FIR No.126/2023 u/s 379 IPC and FIR No.63/2023 u/s 457/380 IPC respectively and stolen items including a Motorcycle have been recovered from them.

    Accused Parvaz Ahmed was involved in kidnapping of a minor girl and has been arrested by Police team of PP Rakh Amb Talli in case FIR No. 22/2023 u/s 363/366/376/109 IPC 3/4 POCSO Act.

  Accused Parviz Ahmed & Reiaz are the two bovine smugglers arrested by the team of PP Mansar in case FIR No. 137/2023 u/s 188 IPC, 11 PCA Act registered at PS Samba through PP Mansar in which six bovine animals have been rescued and two vehicles seized .

     The female heroin supplier and other accused were arrested by Police teams comprising of SHO Bari Brahmana Sunil Sharma, SHO Vijaypur Tribhawan Khajuria, Inspr. Balram Sharma, Incharge Police Post Mansar PSI Deepak Sharma, Incharge Police Post Rakh Amb Talli PSI Vineet Rakwal, PSI Ajay Singh, PSI Sohail Munir, PSI Mohd. Aslam and ASI Khurshid Ahmed under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary. 

Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that total 82 thieves, 73 bovine smugglers and 42 heroin suppliers have been arrested by Samba Police in four months and  more arrested are likely
