Ghulam Nabi Azad, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and head of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party, has once again come in support of the Central Government. He said that the Central Government has succeeded in controlling terrorism and stone pelting in the State. However, the Center also did some things which were not in the interest of the people of the state, such as Article 370.
Ghulam Nabi Azad said, 'There are many things that the Center should not have done here, like the removal of Article 370 was not in the interest of the people here, but one thing is certain that incidents of terrorism and stone pelting have stopped.' He further said that the incidents that happened in Poonch and Rajori are a matter of concern. The former Chief Minister said that terrorism is not in anyone's interest. Due to this only the common people have to bear the loss.
