Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto has returned to his country after staying on Indian soil for two days. Bilawal Bhutto had come to Goa to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) foreign ministers' meeting, but as is Pakistan's habit, he did not forget to raise the Kashmir issue here too. Bilawal also mentioned Article 370 in an interview and cited it as the reason behind not meeting India's Foreign Minister S Jaishankar. At the same time, Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar taunted Bilawal and advised him to wake up from his sleep.
