Over 2,500 mobile toilets will be set up for the Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir, most of which will be installed along the two routes of the Amarnath Yatra located at an altitude of 3,880 meters in the Himalayas. He said more pilgrims could join the 62-day yatra starting July 1, and added that a total of 1,500 personnel would monitor toilets from Lakhanpur in Kathua district to the shrine.
