109 police officers specialized in anti-terrorist operations deployed for the security of G20

The security of the proposed G20 meeting from May 22 to 24 was reviewed by Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla in a high-level meeting on Tuesday.  Along with IB Director Tapan Deka, he held a meeting with senior officers of Jammu and Kashmir administration and security agencies to ensure that there is no lapse in security as well as arrangements.  Meanwhile, the police administration has deployed 109 police officers specialized in anti-terrorist operations.  One SSP, 25 SP and 83 DSP rank officers have been deployed from across the state.  These officers are posted with ADGP Kashmir Zone, ADGP Security and ADGP Traffic Police.
