Sarpanch Rakh Amb Tali Vinod Kumar inaugurated black topping from Shamshan Ghat to link road Rakh Amb Talli today. He said ," It was a long pending demand of the people which was fulfilled today." Sarpanch Vinod Kumar paid special thanks to PWD Department & District Admin Samba who also stakeholders in it. He further said that it's a matter of great satisfaction that we can solve the long pending demands of the public.
