IRP ORGANIZED PIPPING CEREMONY AT 19TH BN HQ KATHUA; “HEAD CONSTABLES SHOULDER MULTIFARIOUS RESPONSIBILITIES” : SSP BENAM TOSH

Kathua: IRP-19th battalion organized impressive pipping ceremony at headquarters Kathua to adhere ranks to the officials recently promoted to the rank of Head Constables.

                 Commandant IRP-19th Battalion SSP Benam Tosh, Deputy Commandant SP Dewakar Singh, Deputy SP Shabinder Singh, Deputy SP Deepak Tufchi and other officers decorated the promoted officials with their new ranks, amid elated atmosphere of round of applause, clapping, greetings & well wishes from the colleague officers and officials. 08 officials of IRP 19th Battalion namely Sanjay Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Govind Singh, Tikka Khan, Inam-Ul-Haq, Mohd Yaqoob, Ghulam Ali and Satya Dev Singh have been recently elevated to the next higher prestigious rank of Havildar. 

                  Speaking on the occasion, Commandant IRP-19th Battalion congratulated the newly promoted police personnel & their families and wished them all the best for future responsibilities. He expressed hope that they would work with same zeal and dedication in new ranks as well and  advised them to maintain dignity of the ranks worn by them on uniform and perform supervisory role with impartiality wheresoever posted. Benam Tosh further said that the officials who are having inculcated qualities of honesty, dedication and responsibility can exercise best command and control. Havildar rank can be achieved only after rendering nearly 25 years of unblemished service and those who get these ranks after overcoming toughest challenges really deserve respect and appreciations, Benam Tosh further said.
