5 Naxals including 2 women gunned down by security forces in two different operations. Chhattisgarh police in an encounter in border area of Telengana-Chhattisgarh, gunned down 4 naxals & a Greyhounds jawan injured in exchange of fire. The jawan has been airlifted to Warangal for treatment. Dead bodies of 1 woman Naxal & 2 others have been recovered along with huge quantity of arms & ammunition. Another encounter took place near bordering area of Dantewada, where 1 woman Naxal was gunned down. Search operation underway.
