 Highlights of the Policy

There has been opposition to the composite fee structure in Delhi's new excise policy.

● 5-star hotels have to pay rupees 1 crore  for L-16 license fee.

● For 3 and 4-star hotels, this fee is Rs 15 lakh per food and beverage outlet
