Jammu,13-09-2021: An information was received at PS Miran Sahib regarding assault case in a barber shop wherein a person namely Surinder Kumar S/O Jagdish Lal R/O Kharian Miran Sahib attacked a person namely Mukesh @ Happy S/O Om Parkash R/O kharian with scissors that caused injuries to the attacked person. Injured person was shifted to GMC Jammu for immediate medical treatment whereby he succumbed to injuries.
In this regard a case FIR No.107/2021 U/S 302/IPC got registered at PS Miran Sahib and investigation started.
On this special police teams of PS Miran Sahib under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan were constituted. The team led by SHO PS Miran Sahib Inspr Mirza Sultan reached at barber shop near TCP Kharian and following the leads finally with the timely human intervention arrested the accused person within two hours of the incident.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
