As per police sources, on the basis of reliable information a team from police station Bishnah lead by SHO inspector Joginder Chib apprehended one lady namely Veena W/O Suram chand R/O Vill. Kotli Charkan Teh. Bishnah Distt. Jammu with 10 ltrs illicit liquor in her possession which she was selling to her customer at village Kotli Charkan. A crowd was gathered there which are not wearing masks and endangered the lives of common masses which also is a violation of DM's order given COVID -19. In this connection case FIR no. 82/2021 U/S 48 (a) Excise act r/w 188/ 269 IPC. The police arrested the lady under relevant sections.
