One bootlegger nabbed with 88 bottles of JK Desi Special Whisky (188ml)

Intensifying its drive  against bootleggers on the directions of Sh.Shri Dhar Patil ,IPS, SSP Jammu, District Police Jammu arrested 02 bootleggers and recovered 88 bottles of Desi JK Whisky in the Jurisdiction of  P/S Bishnah.Today on 22-02-202, a Police Party of PS Bishnah headed by Inspr. Anil Choudhary, SHO Bishnah under the  supervision of Sh.Shabir Khan KPS, SDPO R.S.Pura and close Supervision of SP Hqrs Jammu Sh. Raja Adil Hamid  laid a  surprise naka  at Deoli, Bishnah. During Naka checking police party of P/S Bishnah intercepted one  motorcycle bearing Regd no. JK02AU-1017 on suspicious ground, and when subjected to frisking, 88 bottles (180ml each) of JK Desi Whisky were recovered from their possession.The accused persons later identified as 1. Sulakhan Singh S/O Kulwant Singh  R/O  Vill. Makhanpur Teh. Bishnah Distt. Jammu and 2. Rameshwar Bahadur S/O Ganesh Bahadur R/O Nepal A/P Vill. Makhanpur Teh. Bishnah Distt. Jammu and above said  motorcycle has also been seized. In this connection , Case FIR no. 33/2020 U/S 48 Excise Act has been registered at P/S Bishnah !!!
