Model Code of Conduct Violation: Several officers, officials caught on wrong foot; Suspended, served explanation

A doctor and a teacher suspended in Poonch on violations of MCC. Twelve others from different departments served explanation, attached in DC office, inquiry ordered. One of them is Mohd. Saleem S/o Abdul Ahad RET Teacher Zone Mandi others are Mohd. Shafi S/o Akbar Tantra Master HSS Sawjian, Shanna, AWW Mandi and Dr Jahan Ara Hansi, CMO Jammu.
