LG interested with the applicants through VC, issues onspot directions for disposal.Initiative to be institutionalized to lay thrust on objective disposal of grievances, assess performance of online Grievance Redressal System. In 2-hour long program, LG interacted with 19 randomly selected applicants from across the UT through VC & took first-hand appraisal of their grievances.Onspot redressal of grievances of 15 applicants,directions issued to the concerned officers for others.
