12 Districts of UT of J&K figure in list of top PMGSY top performing 30 Districts of the country.The Districts are: Doda, Udhampur, Anantnag, Rajouri, Baramulla, Budgam, Kupwara, Reasi, Kathua, Pulwama, Shopian & Kulgam. But it is interesting to know that Jammu region is again lacking in development as out of these 12 distts, Jammu region has only 4 distt in this list
