*86 VEHICLES SEIZED FOR ILLEGAL MINING IN FIVE MONTHS: SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH*

Samba, June 9 : In continuation to drive against illegal mining launched on the directions of SSP Samba Benam Tosh, Police has seized nine (09) more vehicles which were being used for illegal mining in district Samba.

Police teams comprising of SHO Police Station Samba Rajeshwar Singh, SHO Police Station Purmandal Vijay Verma and Incharge Police Post SIDCO Samba Deepika Jalotra under the supervision of SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary have seized nine (09) more vehicles being used for illegal mining at different locations in Samba district.

The seized vehicles are: Tractor Trolley with registration No. JK21B-1279 and 08 Tractor Trolleys without registration No. 

Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that total eighty six (86) vehicles have been seized in five months for illegal mining by Samba police after launching special drive against illegal mining. Police would continue checking the wrongdoings of mining mafia till illegal mining is completely stopped in the district.
