American President Joe Biden fell again on the dice while certificate awarding ceremony. Now it is the third time that he fell. He fell down while climbing the staircase of Airforce 1, in a cycle race & now in the certificate distributing ceremony. Joe Biden is the eldest president in the USA's history. He is now above 80.
