The State Investigation Agency (SIA) raided a house in remote Hadi village in Poonch's Surankote tehsil and detained a person for questioning.  However, he was released after two hours of questioning and mobile phone checking. The SIA has taken action on the case of the SIM card in the name of the person being talked to several times across the Line of Control.  According to sources, the SIA team from Jammu along with the local police reached Manwar Hussain's house in Hadi village. Manwar was brought to the police station for questioning.  Where he was interrogated for about two hours.  It may be noted that since the terrorist attack on a military vehicle at Bhataduriyan in Poonch district, various investigative agencies NIA, SIA are continuously taking action on suspected hideouts in the district.

During this, the mobile phones, laptops etc. of the suspects were also checked.  If sources are to be believed, there will be an increase in the action of investigative agencies in the district in the coming days.  Investigating agencies are keeping a close watch on former terrorists, surrendered terrorists and their relatives who were associates of terrorists during the period of terrorism in the district.
