Poonch attack was due to the negligence of the security forces: Farooq Abdullah

 National Conference President and former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah blamed the security forces for the Poonch attack instead of blaming the terrorists.  On Saturday, he said here that the attack happened due to the negligence of the security forces.  He also said that innocent citizens should not be victimized in the ongoing campaign against the culprits.
