Security agencies says that Poonch attack is not possible without the help of OGWs, fidayeen attackers carried out the incident. All the terrorists involved in the Poonch terror attack are fidayeen. Sources in the investigating agencies say that the manner in which the attack was carried out indicates that all the terrorists were Pakistanis. The terrorists carried out the attack in a very barbaric manner.
