In a major administrative reshuffle in Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has transferred 21 administrative officers including Deputy Commissioners of eight districts. The eight districts whose Deputy Commissioners have been changed include Udhampur, Samba, Kathua, Poonch, Budgam, Anantnag, Shopian and Pulwama.
