Rupees 4.40 lakhs stolen from the account of Rohit Khajuria, former DC of Samba.Former Samba DC Rohit Khajuria got a message on the phone that his electricity connection would be disconnected tonight If he did not pay the electricity bill. Tried to contact on the number that came, with in few minutes from his account 4.40 lakh deducted. So he got cheated online.
