The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed all petitions against the Agnipath armed forces recruitment scheme, saying it found 'no reason to interfere' with it. The court said the recruitment system was made in the national interest to ensure that the armed forces are "better equipped". Around 23 petitions were filed before the HC, of which five challenged the scheme.
