Jammu twin blast UPDATE: A total of 9 people were injured. All treated at Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu. Forensics team collects samples from Narwal in Jammu as a part of their investigation. Twin blasts occurred here yester morning, Earlier senior officials from army & SIA visited the spot.
