Jammu: A hardcore criminal cum absconder namely Rajinder Kumar S/o Rattan Lal R/o RS Pura who was booked in case FIR No. 28/2010 u/s 452/342/323 RPC of P/S Janipur but was absconding his arrest since 14-08-2014 has been arrested. Similarly, another absconder namely Joginder Singh S/o Lt Jeet Singh R/o Bishna Tiba who was booked in case FIR No. 37/2006 u/s 452/427 RPC of P/S Janipur and who was absconding since 2006 has also been arrested.
Jammu Police was looking for the above mentioned accused. Finally, an information was received through reliable sources about the accused. Acting quickly on the information, special police teams of P/S Janipur under the supervision of SDPO West Rahul Nagar were constituted. The team led by SHO P/S Janipur Inspr Nayat Ali raided the suspected locations and arrested the accused person namely Rajinder Kumar S/o Rattan Lal R/o RS Pura from Samba area and accused namely Joginder Singh S/o Lt Jeet Singh R/o Bishna Tiba from the suspected location.
Their warrants u/s 512/crpc had also been issued by the Hon'ble court Jammu against the above mentioned accused. Finally today on 13-04-2019 accused namely Joginder Singh was produced before the Hon'ble court Jammu and accused namely Rajinder Kumar shall be produced before the Hon'ble court Jammu on 14-09-2021.
