SAMBA 14th, September 2021: Today on 14.09.2021, Samba Police organized cleanliness drive in the jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur & Police Station Samba to celebrate ‘AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV’.
The cleanliness drives were led by concerned Police Supervisory Officers and SHOs in their territorial areas. In Samba area, volunteers from Social Club Samba & Civil Defence Samba also actively participated in the today’s cleanliness drive along with the Police for cleaning the area in and around the Martyr Memorial of Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, Samba.
Similarly in Vijaypur area, Samba Police has conducted cleanliness drive in Govt Hr. Sec. School Vijaypur & Public Park situated near Matador Stand Ramgarh Road, Vijaypur as a part of “AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV" Celebrations.
The main objective of the Cleanliness Drive is to celebrate 75 Years of Independence under "AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV" and also to create awareness about cleanliness under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
