LG Manoj Sinha handed over individual & community rights certificates to the beneficiaries of Gujjar-Bakerwal, Gaddi-Sippi communities under the Forest Rights Act, 2006. It will usher in a new era of empowerment & prosperity for UT’s deprived Tribal population.
