All Departments Clerical Staff Association held it's meeting at Srinagar: Expressed gratitude for release of DA, pressed for other demands. A meeting was held today under the leadership of State Chief Patron Mr. Mir Mohd Sultan at union head quarter Power Complex, Bemina Srinagar. After a threadbare discussions the union observe to extend their thanks and gratitude to the s&K (UT) Govt. for announcing and releasing of DA w.e.f. 01-07-2021 in favour of Govt. employees and pensioners.
Moreover, it is also demanded and stressed upon to the Govt. for issuance of regularisation order in favour of all types of Dailyrated workers, Casual Labours, seasonal Labours, including contractual teachers and lecturers.
Besides the issue of enhancing in the qouta of Secretrait Assistant Training Course (SATC) in favour of clerical cadre for all departments which has been placesd as mendatory for promotions
Enhancement in Medical allowance from Rs 300/month to Rs 2000/month.
Release of HRA as has been already approved by the Center Govt. for their employees as well as in favour of all UT's
Removal of Pay anomaly with retrospective effect in favour of clerical cadre.
