LG Manoj Sinha e-Inaugurated 44 Digital Village Centres. The main aim of this move is to Digitally integrate Panchyat with Higher Offices to provide Govt Servces to rural population. He said Government is making digital interventions to improve the quality of life in rural areas. He directed to bring all HoDs, Districts on e-Platform by August. He also launched Covid Dashboard, 40 Block Headquarters of JKSWAN covered in the 1st Phase. There will be online dedicated services to the Kashmiri Migrants in the coming days. SPARROW (Smart Performance Appraisal Report Recording Online Window) to be extended to all Gazetted & Non Gazetted employees in coming days. He informed 2 Lakh file movement recorded in 90 days on e-Office platform
