In recognition of the hard work being put in by the healthcare COVID warriors of J&K and the 24x7 work being done by them tirelessly, the Hon'ble LG of J&K has decided to give them a COVID incentive for 3 months. The incentive will be Rs 10,000 p.m. for Resident Doctors, PGs and Medical Officers, Rs 7,000 p.m. for Nursing and Paramedical staff, and Rs 5,000 p.m. for Drivers, Sweepers and Attendants. This will be paid from May 2021 onwards.
