The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu bench comprising of Justice Tashi Rabstan and Justice Sanjay Dhar have pronounced judgement in the much publicised Review petitions involving the liquor licences/wine shop licences where in the Division Bench has dismissed all the review petitions and writ petitions filed by the liquor/wine licence holders. They have asked for review of the New excise policyvwhich honble court has dismissed. HC jammu wing first dismissed liquor traders case and appeal in DB was also dismissed . And SLP was also dismissed in SC . As a last option they filed review petitions of earlier order passed in Jammu High Court . Today same stand dismissed.
