Prof Riyaz Punjabi, former Vice Chancellor, Kashmir University, passed away. He provided great leadership & contributed towards welfare & progress of the University. LG Manoj Sinha paid his deepest condolences to the family members of Prof Riyaz Punjabi and prayed to Almighty to grant eternal peace to the departed soul.
