Krishan Dev Sethi, Ex MLA Nowshera & father of Law Secretary J&K, Achal Sethi is no more. He was the last surviving member of J&K Constituent Assembly. LG Manoj Sinha expressed grief and prayed for peace to the departed soul & strength to the bereaved family in this hour of grief.
