In a dispute between the two parties namely Bhanu Partap Singh Vs Ravinder Kumar falling under kh. No. 1786/ 579 village Birpur is going on in the court of Munsiff (IMIC) Samba and a verbal complaint was received in this office that a construction work is going on in violation of the court order dated 30.07.2019. In this regard Tehsildar Bari Brahmana was directed to stop the construction work which is going on in violation of the court order but the construction work, was going on during the midnight between Friday and Saturday on 15.01.2021 and 16.01.2021. Then DC Samba Rohit Khajura again directed the Tehsildar Bari Brahmana to stop the illegal construction work but Tehsildar Bari Brahmana did not bothered the order of the DC Samba and the construction work was going on unabated.Thus, in view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, DC Samba suspended Tehsildar Bari Brahmana Sh. Qaiser Mehmood Malik as it is presumed that he was involved in the illegal construction work carried out by Ravinder Kumar in violation of the court order. He shall remain attached with the office of Deputy Commissioner Samba. Tehsildar Ramgarh shall look after the work of Tehsil Bari Brahmana till further orders.
