Review Petition was Preponed for today in an application moved by UT Administration and the Division Bench headed by CJ has fixed both main writ petition as well review petition on 11th Dec.2020.Significant oral observations were made by DB today in Roshni matter.The DB remarked " we dont want lopsided investigation and it should be fair." It further remarked we don't want discrimination of any kind in the name of religion region culture and status.Directions to CBI to file ATR in a sealed cover. Adv SS Ahmed pointed out selective targetting after DB judgment and vociferously argued that narrative was build contrary to facts to target a particular community and in this regard even media was used to foster the false narrative. He further submitted that Divisional administration of jammu is selectively leaking the name of high profile persons and accused the Divisional administration of suppressing and concealing the records of tehsil Bhalwal from where the name of an important functionary surfaced in the social media but thereafter the whole matter was hushed up. AAG Aseem Sawhney appeared on behalf of UT Administration whereas Adv Monika Kohli appeared for CBI.
