Heavy deployment of forces seen in Gol Market area in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu yesterday. Some tippers along with a hydraulic machine locally called JCB were also seen on the spot with construction material. A water tanker was also present. Higher officials were also present on the seen. But nobody was telling about the purpose but from the deployment of machinery it was confirmed that some construction work is going to be happen there.
