RS Chib is not in favour of joining hands with Gupkar declaration

Congress leader Rajinder Singh Chib while speaking with ANI in Jammu said that he personally feels that joining hands with those parties who are working for Gupkar Declaration and those who speak against the Constitution of India, will not be good for Indian National Congress (INC)
