 "Gupkar Declaration” will prove to be “Dying Declaration” for “Dynastic & Destructive Politics” of Congress & alliance in J&K. “Gupkar Gang” has become “Gumrahi Gang” which is trying to create confusion among people for “narrow minded political interests”, said Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi while addressing public meetings at Kupwara during campaigning for District Development Council polls in Kashmir.
