Dussehra is celebrated on low level in District Samba both in the mandi Thalora and Mandi Kehli. Both mandi Thalora and Kehli celebrated Dussehra in their own Mandi this time due to Corona virus covid-19 epidemic. Dussehra celebrated on the Ramlila Ground in Mandi Thakor in which people of the mandi and the mandis around thalora Mandi participated.
